Questions people ask
Do I have to buy a car from you?
No. We will appraise your vehicle either way, and we buy cars outright. If you would rather just sell it and walk, that is a normal thing to do here.
Where do I find the VIN?
On a plate at the base of the windscreen on the driver's side, and on the sticker inside the driver's door. It is seventeen characters and never contains the letters I, O or Q.
What if I still owe money on it?
That is common and it is not a problem. It changes how the paperwork is written rather than whether the deal happens, so it saves everyone time if you tell us up front.
Will you give me a price online?
No, and we would rather be straight about why. A number generated without seeing the car is a guess, and when the real figure comes in lower it feels like a bait and switch. We look at what you send, come back with a real number, then confirm it in person.
What should I bring?
The title if you have it, both sets of keys, your loan details if there is still a loan, and any service records worth showing.
What if it is not running?
Tell us in the notes. We still want to hear about it — it just changes what we can do.
